The roles and responsibility of the professional includes and are not limited creating and maintaining 3D models of buildings and other structures, collaborating with project stakeholders, coordination at the construction site and ensuring the models meet industry standards:
• Modelling: Create, maintain and review the detailed 3D models of buildings, structures, and components using applications and tools as per the requirements.
• Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the models accurately represent the project's design intent and requirements.
• Construction coordination: Coordinate construction activities.
• BIM protocol implementation: Support the implementation of BIM protocols, standards, and best practices.
