How does the trial work after the demo?+
After your live demo, we activate your 7-day trial at Rs. 1,999 + GST — full platform, no restrictions. We invoice in INR with GST as applicable, and accept NEFT, UPI, and all major credit cards. Your tailored plan list is emailed right after our discussion.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?+
Yes, absolutely. Upgrade to unlock more users, AI agents, and modules as your business grows. Downgrade if your needs change. All your data stays intact during transitions. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No hidden fees, no penalties, and no minimum commitment beyond your current billing period.
How do AI agents work?+
Your trial includes the full AI workforce: agents for accounting, planning, safety, procurement, CRM, quality, recruitment and more — up to all 42 depending on what we agree after the demo. All agents work on WhatsApp in 18 Indian languages and can be accessed via voice notes.
Where is my data stored? Is it India-compliant?+
All data is stored in Indian data centers (Mumbai and Hyderabad regions) with SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Each organization gets its own logically isolated database with encryption at rest and in transit. We comply with the Indian IT Act, DPDP Act 2023 requirements, and our infrastructure is audited annually by independent security firms. For Enterprise plans, we also support on-premise and private cloud deployment.
Do you offer customizations for specific business needs?+
Yes. Custom module development, workflow customization, and integration with your existing tools (Tally, SAP, custom ERPs) are available depending on what we agree after the demo. Enterprise setups include a dedicated solutions architect, and every plan gets access to our configuration options and drag-and-drop workflow builder without any code changes.
Is there a minimum commitment? Can I cancel anytime?+
No minimum commitment on any plan. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans are refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months. Your data is available for export for 30 days after cancellation in CSV, Excel, and JSON formats.
