How do I file a DPR on WhatsApp?

How does RA billing work?
Running Account (RA) bills are generated from the work done entries recorded in your site diary and DPR. The system auto-computes quantities from BOQ, applies GST, deducts advances and retention, and generates a RA certificate ready for client submission. You can approve, track, and export bills from the dashboard or WhatsApp.
Can I integrate with Tally?
Yes. InfraMinds AI has a built-in Tally connector that syncs invoices, payments, journal entries, and ledgers bidirectionally. Set up the integration under Finance > Integrations > Tally, provide your Tally company details, and the system will sync data automatically on a schedule you define.
How do I add my site team?
Go to HR & Labour > Users, click "Invite User," enter their mobile number and role (Site Engineer, Supervisor, Project Manager, etc.), and assign them to a project. They will receive a WhatsApp invite with setup instructions. No training required -- your team uses InfraMinds through WhatsApp.
